Decarbonize Goals

Goal 1: Improve Carbon Intensity

Improve the trajectory of carbon intensity for near-term impact. In 2024, ~20% of new power generating capacity brought online is below the global average carbon intensity.

Goal 2: 2050 Scope 3 Net Zero

Innovate toward our 2050 Scope 3 net zero ambition. Advancing 4 breakthrough innovations: Small Modular Nuclear Reactors, Hydrogen, Carbon capture, Direct air capture.

Conserve Goals

Goal 1: Carbon Neutrality by 2030

Carbon neutrality for Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 2030. We have reduced our operational emissions by 51% compared to a 2019 baseline.

Goal 2: 4R Circularity Framework

90% of our top products covered by our 4R circularity framework by 2030.

Thrive Goals

Goal 1: Fatality-Free Operations

Our focus on preventing fatalities and severe safety events is our top safety priority.

Goal 2: Inclusive Culture

Demonstrate progress on inclusive culture and equal employment opportunity. In 2024, over 31% of our U.S. employees were from underrepresented racial or ethnic groups.

Goal 3: Ethical Decision-Making

Embed and implement ethical decision-making principles. 98% of salaried employees completed ethics and compliance training in 2024.

Goal 4: Human Rights in Value Chain

Partner with suppliers to advance human rights in our value chain. 576 new supplier audits conducted in 2024.
